By using CV Human (cvhuman.co.uk), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

CV Human provides AI-powered CV scanning, analysis, rewriting, and ATS optimisation tools. The service is offered in free and paid tiers as described on our pricing page.

3. Account Registration

  • You must be 16 years or older to use this service
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • You must provide accurate, current, and complete registration information
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to bypass rate limits, authentication, or security measures
  • Upload malicious files or attempt to compromise the platform
  • Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) without written permission
  • Upload CVs belonging to others without their consent

5. Subscriptions & Payments

  • Paid plans are billed monthly or one-time (Lifetime)
  • Payments are processed securely by Stripe — we never store payment card details
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time via your dashboard
  • Cancelled subscriptions remain active until the end of the billing period
  • Lifetime purchases are non-refundable
  • Prices may change with 30 days notice for existing subscribers

6. Free Tier

The free tier includes limited features as described on the pricing page. We reserve the right to modify free tier limits at any time.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to your CV data. CV Human's platform, branding, and technology are our intellectual property. We do not claim ownership of your CV content.

8. AI Disclaimer

CV analysis is provided by AI and may contain errors or inaccuracies. You should review all CV suggestions before submitting applications. We are not responsible for:

  • The accuracy of AI-generated analysis or suggestions
  • Job application outcomes resulting from use of the service
  • AI detection by third-party recruitment tools

9. Limitation of Liability

CV Human is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time via your dashboard. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified via email or a site notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
